I like that this patient has five people staring into the room. So often on this show the patient only has one loved one at the hospital (which I realize makes storytelling easier). At this point, he's been drugged by Wilson (with antidepressants), 13 (to get kidney and liver samples), and now Cuddy. It's common to note that House drugs others, particularly Wilson, but House is also drugged a number of times.
